Agreement to Terms
By engaging with Buggsol ("the Agency", "we", "us", or "our") — whether through our website, direct communication, or any signed project agreement — you ("the Client") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all services provided by Buggsol, including but not limited to web design, web development, digital marketing, social media management, content creation, graphic design, branding, and SEO.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any service engagement. Continuation of a project or payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Buggsol reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Services We Provide
Buggsol provides the following professional digital services to businesses and individuals in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and internationally:
- Web Design & Development — Custom, responsive websites built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Includes landing pages, corporate sites, e-commerce, and web applications.
- Social Media Management — Full management of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms including scheduling, posting, engagement, and growth strategies.
- Content Creation — Photo editing, graphic posts, Reels, video editing, captions, and campaign creatives tailored to your brand voice.
- Branding & Identity — Logo design, brand guidelines, typography systems, color palettes, and full visual identity packages.
- SEO Optimization — On-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO audits, meta optimization, and local search visibility.
- Digital Advertising (Paid Ads) — Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads campaign creation, management, and optimization.
- Creative & Marketing Strategy — Brand positioning, campaign planning, competitor analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
- Mr Code — Development Services — Advanced custom development projects, web applications, and technical implementations through our Mr Code division.
The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate Project Proposal or Service Agreement provided to the Client before work begins.
Payment Terms
All payment terms are agreed upon before work commences. Below are our standard payment policies for each service type:

The ad spend/budget for Paid Advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) is paid directly by the Client to the respective platform. This is separate from Buggsol's management fee. Buggsol is not responsible for ad budget losses due to platform policy changes or market conditions.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer — Albanian Lek (ALL) or Euro (EUR). Bank details provided upon invoice.
- Mobile Payment / Cash — Available for local clients in Albania (Durrës / Tirana area).
- International Transfers — Available for international clients via agreed channels (SWIFT/IBAN).
- Currency — Invoices issued in ALL (Albanian Lek) or EUR (Euro) as agreed. Exchange rates apply for other currencies.
Late Payments
- →Invoices are due within 7 calendar days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- →If payment is not received within 14 days, Buggsol reserves the right to pause or suspend all active services.
- →Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may result in project cancellation and the client forfeiting any deposit paid.
- →Buggsol reserves the right to charge a late fee of 2% per month on overdue balances.
- →For monthly retainer services, failure to pay by the due date will result in immediate suspension of services.
Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing services (Social Media Management, SEO, Ads Management), the following applies:
- 01Services are billed monthly in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
- 02A minimum commitment of 1 month is required for all retainer services. Longer-term commitments (3 or 6 months) may qualify for discounted rates.
- 03Price adjustments for retainer services require 30 days written notice from Buggsol.
- 04Unused service hours or deliverables within a billing month do not roll over to the next month.
Project Process & Timelines
All projects follow a structured process to ensure quality delivery. Timelines are estimates based on scope and subject to change if the Client delays providing required materials or feedback.
- 01Discovery & Brief — Initial consultation to understand goals, requirements, target audience, and project scope.
- 02Proposal & Agreement — Buggsol issues a written proposal detailing scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. The project begins only after written approval and deposit payment.
- 03Design / Development Phase — Active work begins. Client will receive updates at agreed milestones.
- 04Review & Revisions — Client reviews deliverables. Revisions are handled per the revision policy (see Section 06).
- 05Final Approval & Delivery — Client provides written (or WhatsApp) final approval. Final balance is due before file transfer or website launch.
- 06Post-Delivery Support — A support window (as specified in the project agreement) is provided after delivery for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
Project timelines are agreed upon in writing at the start of each engagement. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late feedback, missing content, or delayed payments) may push back delivery dates proportionally at no fault of Buggsol.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, the Client agrees to:
- →Provide all required materials (text, images, logos, brand assets, passwords, credentials) in a timely manner as requested.
- →Provide clear, consolidated feedback within the agreed review window (typically 3–5 business days per round).
- →Ensure all content and materials provided to Buggsol are legally owned or licensed by the Client. Buggsol is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from Client-supplied materials.
- →Designate a single point of contact to avoid conflicting instructions.
- →Make payments on time as outlined in Section 03.
- →Not engage third parties to work on deliverables produced by Buggsol without prior written consent.
Revisions & Change Requests
Buggsol includes a specified number of revision rounds in every project agreement. Standard inclusions are as follows:

A "revision" means modifications within the original agreed scope. Requests that change the project scope, direction, or concept are considered new work and will be quoted separately.
Any significant change to the agreed scope of work after project commencement (e.g., adding new pages to a website, changing the core design concept, or adding new services) requires a written change order and may affect the timeline and cost.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Client Ownership (Upon Full Payment)
Upon receipt of full and final payment, Buggsol transfers all intellectual property rights of the final deliverables to the Client, including:
- Final website files and source code (as applicable)
- Approved logo files and brand assets (all formats)
- Finalized graphic design files
- Published content and copy
Buggsol Retains Rights To
- All preliminary concepts, drafts, and rejected designs
- Internal tools, templates, frameworks, and proprietary processes used during production
- The right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials (unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing)
Buggsol retains full ownership of all deliverables until complete payment is received. Clients may not use, publish, or distribute any work until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Confidentiality
Both Buggsol and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the project engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, unreleased products, and proprietary processes.
Buggsol will not share, sell, or disclose Client-specific confidential information to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
The Client agrees not to reverse-engineer, replicate, or distribute Buggsol's proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or creative processes.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable as they cover the time and resources allocated to your project from the moment work begins.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
- →Cancelled before work begins: 50% of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of signing / paying. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
- →Cancelled during project: The deposit is forfeited. If work completed exceeds the deposit value, the Client must pay for all work completed to date.
- →Monthly retainer cancellation: 30 days written notice is required. Services continue for the remainder of the paid billing period.
Buggsol-Initiated Cancellation
Buggsol reserves the right to terminate any project or service agreement in the following situations:
- Non-payment or repeated late payments
- Client requests illegal, unethical, or harmful content
- Abusive or inappropriate conduct toward Buggsol team members
- Client fails to provide required materials for more than 30 days
In such cases, Buggsol will provide a prorated refund for any services not yet delivered, at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Buggsol's maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
Buggsol is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from our work or any delays
- Downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party hosting providers, platforms, or services
- Results of paid advertising campaigns — performance depends on market conditions, budget, and platform algorithms
- Search engine ranking changes (SEO results are not guaranteed as Google's algorithm changes independently)
- Social media platform policy changes that affect content reach or account standing
- Any third-party tools, plugins, or integrations used within the project
While Buggsol strives to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of followers, leads, website traffic, or sales conversions, as these depend on numerous external factors beyond our control.
Privacy Policy
Buggsol is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

- Name, business name, email address, and phone number (provided during contact or project engagement)
- Website usage data via cookies and analytics tools (browser type, pages visited, time on site)
- Project-related information, content, and materials you share with us
How We Use Your Information
- →To communicate about your project and deliver contracted services.
- →To send invoices and process payments.
- →To improve our website and service offerings.
- →We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We retain your data for the duration of the project plus a minimum of 2 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at contact@buggsol.com.
Cookies

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services provided by Buggsol shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Durrës, Albania.
For international clients, both parties agree that Albanian law governs the agreement, and disputes shall be resolved via written negotiation or internationally recognized arbitration where applicable.
